The complex was designed to harmonize with the existing architecture. In terms of design of materials, a plaster is used on the facade, dark stained wood panels on the facade and dark colored metal sheet as a roof cover.


All exterior doors and windows are made of PVC 600 chamber-profile with exterior blinds made of PVC with thermal and sound isolation.
The interior room doors are made of beech veneer painted with matte lacquer of white colour without fanlight except the gallery levels due to the need of maximizing use of natural light.

The entrance door is security / fire resistant one made of steel sheet; door wing is reinforced with steel frame in peripheral and transversal way provided with safety lock and template. The door is security one, smoke permeable and fire-resistant class T-90.
Color of joinery: white.
Glazing: thermal insulating glass 4/16/4 “LOW-e”.

Heating and air-conditioning systems

Each apartment has central heating via gas combi boiler, manufactured by “Vaillant” (18-24 kw, depending on the size of the apartment), and a system of plate aluminum radiators type “Buderus” with “Danfoss” valves for heating. The same system regulates hot water in bathrooms and kitchens. Gas sets are located on the outside, on the back of the buildings.

Each apartment has its own air conditioning unit which provides air-conditioning for the living room and dining room. Outdoor units (located on the facade) are hidden by masks.

Other instalations

 Installations for strong and weak currents were made according to current regulations in this area, and according to the instructions and the wiring project. Built-in single and double switches and sockets are type “Legrand”.

All cisterns and toilet bowls were built in by renowned manufacturers such as: “Hans Grohe”, “Viega” and “Villeroy and Boch”.

Facilities are equipped with lighting conductors, a telephone system, satellite reception of TV programs and video intercom equippment.

Each apartment has its own independent water meter located in front of the apartment entrance and will be equipped with a system for remote consumption reading.
